Loud Fans

I added 2 new fans to my PC case and they are extremely loud. I do a lot of video recording and the blue yeti picks up the fans really easily. They are plugged straight into the power supply so I have no way to control their speed. Is there any way to make them any quieter or am I just screwed? If I am just screwed can you all suggest some extremely quiet but effecient fans for me to purchase? I do a lot of gaming and a lot of editing that really runs the GPU and CPU. Thanks.

I usually use Gigabyte's software to control the fan curve. I've heard a lot of good things about Speedfan. Give it a try.

Edit: Wait. Straight in to the power supply? Not at all in the motherboard? Oh. I don't know then.

They're going to run at full speed when they're connected that way. Either buy a fan controller or a couple of fan header splitters.

There are adapters you can get 3: like what Noctua uses. But have you considered pulling them aside and talking to them? Maybe they are just acting out for attention.

Purchase some inline resistors (Low noise adapters) and then connect them in between your fan header and your actual fan cable
