Windows 10 nvidia driver problems

Hello,

I tried everything i could think of and none of it exactly worked so this is my last hope.

Everything started like a week ago. From nowhere then trying to launch GTA 5 error appeared "err_gfx_d3d_init". By the time i didn't do any advanced troubleshooting just reinstalled Nvidia GeForce 860M driver and relaunched game. But since then, almost after every boot up I get same error, so I eventually tried other game - Terraria. Because i have laptop (lenovo y50) with dual graphics (Intel HD 4600 as default gpu and Nvidia GeForce 860M for heavy demanding programs or games) I right-clicked and launched both games with intel gpu successfully. So after trying out different versions of drivers I "accidentally" installed nvidia driver for windows 8.1. That prevented windows from booting up and I had to get back to previous system restore point. That fixed... everything... games were running smooth, no error what so ever. But 4 days ago, after playing for a bit I added mod to GTA 5 called "assassins mod", It wasn't first mod, had couple before and launched game, everything was fine but after ~1 min from launch game crashed and I thought "ok: bad mod + delete = no crash". After relaunching game without that mod I got same error. Since when i spent 2 days trying to figure out what happened and this what i managed to find:

When you're uninstalling, are you using the control panel or a software tool to uninstall?

If you are using the Control Panel, try using this tool instead since this will remove everything and not leave anything behind as a "normal" uninstall would/could.

When it's uninstalled, try to reinstall the latest driver then. I'd recommend getting it from Nvidia and not the manufacturer's website (in this case lenovo?) as this has worked better for me in the past (Might not be a proven fact but I've had more success when it's directly from Nvidia and not the manufacturer.)
