Windows issue?

So, when I loaded up JassNewGen editor mod for War3 (JNG for short) it was acting up - after about a minute the lighting started flickering a bit and the models became semi-transparent. Odd stuff. Next up, when I tried launching the shortcut to the modded game .exe this happened.

loading kernel32.dll
loading blizzard.ax
loading Game.dll
Game.dll loaded...pausing and running script
Error: RegisterNatives signature not found

I'm starting to think I may need to repair Windows somehow. This doesn't seem right. I've reinstalled drivers, I've reinstalled the game, the only thing left are DirectX and Windows. I went to the recovery settings and it was telling me some files were missing I think - I do have a back-up lying around here but don't exactly remember how to start it up. Help would be appreciated.

was there any anti-virus blocking you from injecting?

Tried with and without - same stuff

Run command prompt as admin then issue

 

sfc /scannow

Run command prompt as admin then issue

sfc /scannow

Did - tells me some corrupted files are present, cannot repair them. Tried DISM command too.
