Windows 8 Reset Problem

RyanNichols131

So my Windows 8 had been popping up with a screen saying that my windows was activated correctly and I email iBuyPower (at the time I didn't know enough or have enough time to build my own computer), but they said that i need to use the windows 8 reset and I didn't wanna delete all my game at the time. I was changing up my set up the other day and have some free time to do it so, I tried it and now when I started the computer i don't have the metro start screen or a "desktop' or taskbar. So far the only thing I have found out is it can do is RUN COMMANDS and have the file system, and I got internet access and i thought maybe window updater would work but now it is stuck in failure to start windows loop. Does anyone know what's happening, or have a idea to fix it.

P.S. i tried creating a usb install drive but the windows key doesn't work with that either....

Thanks for any idea you can give me!
