You can't really use it that way. It's a basic language, based on Java, used to get people into programming and have visual outputs, rather than the generally less impressive text "hello world" messages. If you want to make stuff for Android Wear, you'll need to know Java and all of the Android libraries. As for Apple devices, Objective-C.

Are you making a wearable from scratch?

The classic choice would be C, and then there are some newer options like Go and Julia.

Sorry I never used a programming language outside a software or to use sensors, Java can be used to do so without Android wear right? I know for ex a robot with have the controller where you put the program u wrote to manipulate it's sensors. But not sure how it really works. I'll have to read more about that, any articles?

A custom wearable, from scratch, not an already manufactured one. I want to know how to program it. from scratch, if there's any tutorials.. My english is not so good, i'm failing to know what to search :P
