can you suggest any power supply bran and GPU brand because this is quite hard to get by where i live and the shipping cost from US is going to be crazy

i can't help but notice you don't have much RAM... If you don't want to pay for more than 8gb you should at least get 2x 4 gb (like a pair of ddr4 2400 4gb crucial ballistix sport), so you can get dual channel speeds. this will effectively make gaming on open worlds much more seamless as your 8 gb of mem. will be read and written faster. Then another option would be adding another 8gb stick, but seeing your budget it may not be in the price range. (if you plan to upgrade to 16 gb in the near future, stay with single 8gb)

Also i advice you don't get a seagate drive. They have quite a reputation of dying on you (i had a one year old barracuda die on me, making me loose all my data). The hybrid drives might be different, i don't know, but you should at least read multiple reviews.
