Okay, so in about a months time I am going to be building my first ever (gaming) PC so I have a few questions. First of all, do you reckon I will experience any bottlenecking? Second, would you recommend the Asus VX248H as a good monitor for gaming or should I go for an IPS panel for the better colours and sacrifice response time (I'll mainly be playing open-world RPG type games like The Witcher 3, some FPS, and maybe Need for Speed)? Third, any general improvements you suggest in the PC as a whole. Thanks in advance.

IPS is worlds better than TN. What bottlenecking? What build are you talking about?
