I have reset my bios after wanting to reset my CPU over clock, and now, when I try and boot my PC, it comes up with 'Inaccesable boot drive,. Any help would be great!

Do you have a installation disk? if so insert it and run the Command prompt from the repair menu and type this command: "bootrec /fixboot" and "bootrec /fixmbr" and restart.

If you don't have an installation / repair disk then download the ISO file of your OS from the microsoft website and create a bootable drive on your USB. Run that bootable drive and open up the repair menu and type the commands I mentioned up above. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions.
