I am soon gonna buy a liquid cooler to overclock my fx-8370 and my r9 290 direct cu2.

I only want an 4.5-4.6ghz OC because i dont think my msi 970 gaming mobo can handle a higher OC or is it worth OC at all?

right now im stuck with the noisy stock cooler and only 2 case fans.

my budget is around 80-85euro

What should I buy and what will give we the best cooling ?

- a cm seidon 120 v2 + 4 additional fans

- a thermaltake water performer c  +  4 additional fans

- a H80 for 80euro

- maybe an used h80i GT for 75 euro

- or should i grab an air cooler + 4 addtional fans

my rig ( fx-8370@ 4.6GHz / Nepton 240m/ msi 970 gaming / 16 Gb corsair xms / antec VP700P /  aerocool xpredator x1 white / costum rgb lights / r9 290 direct cu2 / 1 TB hhd/ sandisk 128gb ssd / adata SP900 128gb )

peripherals ( steelseries apex / sharkoon fireglider black / razer goliathus / lg25ub55 )
