Hello, i wouldn't really call it a "problem" but i'm kinda frustrated that my bitfenix recon can't go any lower than 500 rpm before the fans shut down completely. I would like to hear from you guys if anyone has made a fix to this problem, because at 500rpm my fans are still kinda loud. :/

There isnt enough momentum to push the fans at that rpm, if more companies used double ball bearings like the evga acx cooler then maybe.
