I have a Chieftec cft-650-14c (650W) and Cooler Master gx 550w. I am using Cooler Master right now. I also own the Chieftec but i never wanted to put it in because its blue and it would look ugly.
But if colour isn't a factor, what PSU would you choose. If someone offered you either one of these for free.

I noticed that Chieftec is really really quiet but i didn't put it under any load yet.

I am gonna keep the better one and give the shitty one to my friend because he wants to build his own PC.

Specs: AMD FX 6300 @ 4ghz, Asus R9 270 OC, 8gb Corsair xms3, Cooler Master GX 550w PSU, WD 500 blue, Gigabyte  GA-970A-DS3
