Simple question: Can I set a permanent gpu fan curve without a program?

Can I set a permanent fan curve without a program? I would like to change bios settings or something similar, just not have afterburner or something similar running all the time.I finally managed to get my raijintek Morpheus mod going and it is great, but I need to ramp up the fans a tiny bit to keep my vrm1 temps in check.

No need, just let AMD catalyst control center setting on Auto fan!

Sorry I don't understand what you mean and how I would raise my GPU curve doing that...
