If i run two 2gb cards will i get the a total of 4gbs of vram?

no, they share vram as opposed to combining it.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

No, currently SLI/Crossfire mirrors the VRAM of each GPU. 

 

Although in DX12, this is changing subject to developer implementation
