Windows 10 apps crash explorer.exe

Oh boy, another Windows 10 problem

 

Any time I try to open any Windows 10 apps (Microsoft Edge, Mail, Settings, etc.) explorer.exe will crash. Anything that isn't running from Windows Store will open perfectly fine.

 

This wasn't happening this morning. It just started tonight when I got home from work. I tried shutting down and restarting my computer, cleaned out my computer, scanned for viruses, and nothing worked.

 

Nobody else I know is having this problem, and I have not found any solutions. If anybody could help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. If there is another forum like this one that I skipped over, let me know.

 

Here's a video I took of the problem. I wasn't thinking of recording the other monitor, but explorer.exe closes every time I try to open something.
