4k tv & amd 6850

PS:not sure if this goes on GPU,display,w/e.

 

So i'm guessing a amd 6850, cant run a 4k tv @ 30 or 60hz?

I've it hooked up to my old amd msi 6850, It wont let me change the res to 4k.

 

If i cant run it on this gpu,what would be a good alternative this is just for movies/series no games.
