Can someone make a good powerful gaming PC for under £800 with operating system and a msi r9 390 and a intel cpu.

I don't really know what i am doing with this type of thing if someone could help me out i would appreciate it!

buy windows off of g2a or reddit. overclock the cpu. use my overclocking guide; link in my forum signature. the ram has a cas of 9 which is great. don't get anything higher than 9.

or, if you don't want to overclock your cpu, you can get a 390x. the ram has a cas of 9 which is great. don't get anything higher than 9.
