Games don't launch

Hello!

I am using Windows 10 and I have problems with lauching games. When I launch it, it say: "DX11 require level 10.0.." or "could not init 3d system shader model 3.0 is required". I was using latest drivers got Nvidia GTX 860M, but now I downgraded driver to 355.98. It works now, but I dont know why. Is there anything wrong with those drivers or my computer?
