Google Chrome Issues

My Google Chrome pops up and goes to the front when it is minimized or when it is behind another window. It happens at random times. Does this happen to anyone else and is there a fix for it?

CPU: i5 3570K; Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V; RAM: Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB); GPU: MSI R7850 Twin Frozr; Case: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition; Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue (500GB); PSU: Thermaltake Modular PSU 750 Watts

Never happened to me, try re-installing Chrome or, if you have any extensions, try disabling them one by one, it could be an extension / plug-in that's causing the problem
