Looking for a good array/data storage Java Guide

Done a little bit of looking and found a couple things but maybe someone here knows other better things, basically what I'm trying to do is create a form that can have data Entered and stored for display/print later, and really need some decent youtube/written tutorials. If you do know any or even a series of videos I should watch please reply, Thanks

Files (CSV, XML, etc) are one option. Databases (SQLite, MySql, etc) are another. Hard to recommend something specific without knowing exactly what you need to do.
