Payday 2 GOTY or normal ?

So I got a 20.00 $ in my steam account. Just wondering if I should name only the Payday 2 normal plus with free DLC added. Or should I get the GOTY edition which adds more guns, maps and the additional free maps?

GOTY and buy this list of DLC's

Alesso,  The Bomb Heist, Overkill Pack, Casino Heist, and Western Pack if you have the money

Edit: I can spot you B-Sides if you want, I got some spare change lying around

Pssst , kid , i might have a cheeky tip for you. If you want to get all dlc for free there is such thing as a "Payday 2 DLC unlocker" ( google it ) . It's considered as a cheat , but a lot of poor people use it cause all the DLCs alone are cheap , but together they are expensive . But don't tell any admin  :ph34r:
