Windows 7 ISO corrupt?

Hi i'm hoping anyone out there can help me confirm what I already know...I have a Windows 7 ISO... which I've used for a while now and recently I've been having an issue doing clean installs with it as it Expands Windows till 72% and throws out an error. I basically get the same result across different PCs, using different USB drives and even different software to make the bootable usb drive. So is my Windows 7 installation most definitely corrupt?
