So I have a gtx 770 that 'throttles' kind of randomly.

Instead of running at the normal of 1176MHz it drops down to exactly 536MHz every time it happens.

and as visible from the image link it not under any kind of thermal load.

The problem has never occured when I was running win7 but only appeared when I changed to win10.

exiting all background processes does not solve the issue.

MSX is rather unstable. Could be the issue
