Help with a themed build

I really want to create a red and black pc build. The purpose for the pc will be gaming (not heavy gaming) and solidworks for a product design course the case need a side window but does not need led's any help is appreciated my budget is around €1000 but if it can go below thats great

Intel's New skylake should do you well an i7 6700k and asus Z170  deluxe mobo.RAM could do maybe corsair dominator platinum 16 gigs 2133 Mhz. for the case s340 or h440 from nzxt, yourcchoice. GPU 2x 390x should do if not the only one. PSU, have no idea use pcpartpicker to check.
