Oh yeah did you download the files you need of the enb website ?

since you need those and only copy the enbhost.exe and D3D9.DDL NOTHING ELSE else you will get a default enbseries shaders and not the one you downloaded :P

(pick your game> download the lastest enbseries by clicking on the enbseries you need (check your download page where you downloaded your enb) scroll down to the bottom download and dump it in the folder (skyrim main folder))

If you went on the nexus website you should read the instructions below. You need a few mods as well as loot and tesvedit to get everything working.

I just installed it yesterday. Takes some time and it is VERY important to follow ALL the steps correctly to achieve your goal.

The instructions are all there. Also for the required mods on the enb site: when you download them, check out their individual requirements as well.

Skyrim modding is not just download and install unfortunately

Yeah the "ENB" that you downloaded through the NMM was just a preset. You need to head over to the actual ENB website and download them. I'm sure the above posters have already pointed you in the right direction.

what ENB are you using? Real Vision?

Did you actually download the Mod? by going to Real Vision's nexus thread and clicking download through NMM?

You really need to follow all the instructions in the ENB thread, even the nitpicky details about load orders and installation orders.

I have Real Vision as my ENB and it's the ENB with the most compatabilities. But even then it's still one hell of a picky mod.

For starters let's start with this

did you follow this properly before doing anything at all?

1. Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) and Wrye Bash users open the Skyrim menu through Steam. Mod Organizer (MO) users run Skyrim Launcher through MO.

2. In the options section, turn off Antialiasing, Anisotropic Filtering, and FXAA. (in the advanced section)
3. In your video driver, set the features from step 2 and Ambient Occlusion (SSAO) to "Application-Controlled" (Nvidia) or "Use application settings" (AMD). Only do this for Skyrim.
