High latency when noone is using internet. Help.

Are you on wifi?

I mean I doubt that be the issue I'm on Wifi but it never gets anywhere close to that

Wifi interference could be the problem, have you tried using a cable directly into the modem/router without any other devices on

Wifi interference could be the problem, have you tried using a cable directly into the modem/router without any other devices on

I am using cable connection. If there are any devices connected to the internet i disconnect them and the problem still remains the same.
