Hi comunity

i recently built a computer , about 4 weeks ago , it was ok until 20 mins ago , it restarted and stated it has a power surge issue and powered off in ordered to prevent any damage. However it keeps restarting ever since then. Can anyone help me ? i am using a V850 coolermaster power supply, asus x79 deluexe , msi 980ti , 4820k i7 processor from intel, 4 x 8gb ddr 3 ripjaw ram.

No bluescreens or error messages? Then it has to do with either power or heat. Too much or too little of either one can an will cause the system to crash. Go to BIOS to check the voltages and temps with no load and use a software like CPUID HWMonitor to check them and the temps under idle and heavy load. To stress the computer, you'll need a benchmarking software too. Like Unigine Heaven Benchmark or Futuremark 3DMark for the GPU and SuperPi for CPU.
