PCIE Card Drivers

So I got a pci wlan card and I just got the drivers for it. I see these files (picture attached). How do I install these?

It came with a prebuilt. I just want to know how to install the drivers....

You have to do it in device manager, here is a video showing how:

EDIT: Replace "Realtek network" with whatever device you are installing.

If the card came with a pre built system, the system builder should have installed the drivers already, even if not, windows has built in drivers for pretty much everything. I would pretty surprised if it didn't have drivers for a cheap lite-on wlan card.

I ended up fixing it! Thank you so much though for your help. No, the OEM version that acer provided got corrupted so I had to reinstall using the one from microsoft.
