Audio Grinding

so i bin having this problem for awhile now it doesn't always happen but it worries me the same it can be anything i'm listening to but i'll randomly get this grinding sound from audio like it just rapidly repeated the last 0.1 sec for a sec then it goes back to normal i've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled a couple of times and have the latest drivers i don't know how to test this or maybe the motherboard is just dying
