The Eheim 1046 is made for small aquariums. I wouldn't recommend it that for water cooling. If you can find an Eheim 1048, that would be better suited since it can push water a bit better. Otherwise I'd consider trying to find a D5 or DDC pump.

Is the eheim 1046 a tood choice for watercooling pump including 2 rads GPU and cpu . i dont have big budget so i found eheim at low privé

While they are more of an aquarium pump I have seen them used in loops before however if you have a large budget something like a Laing D5 is pretty much the gold standard in watercooling pumps and is more than sufficient for a loop like that.
