the DCLT is a real non-player in the water cooling needs. alphacool ran this

for a DDC/D5 replacement and it just isn't the better plan.

excessive working noises, complicated reservoir (noise amplifier & terrible refill

issues) and overall flow performance would be reason to not use them.

 

used in some AIO kits, showed their real need as "ooops, should've used

something else". as they too had noise and flow performance issues.

 

if planning on a stock clocked CPU/GPU you can get away with a 360 radiator.

if any voltage increases are needed for overclocking, then a 360 and 240

will keep the system temps comfortable.
