Isn't there really any other AIO with clear tubes than the Raijintek Triton? Is it possible (=easy enough) to mod/replace an existing AIO's tubes to clear ones?

I don't see why it can't be done, you just have to make sure to fill the liquid again after replacing the tube and make sure the replaced tubes seal properly.

most of them can't be replaced. but I believe the swiftech h220x (not sure on that), and the EKWB predator you definitely can

Lots of bad stories I've heard of the rajintek cracking. I would go for the EK AIO and replace the tubes.

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

I have checked out h220x but the high pricetag and great performance just for clear pipes doesn't really make sense.

It's not too much more than most AIO.  the predator is 200$ i think.  I dont blame you for avoiding the Triton,  I had one for a while and it never leaked but I just was not a fan after a few months

It looks good and would be a perfect fit for aesthetic build, but with all the negative feedback floating around it doesn't seem like such  a good deal. I could also sacrifice some looks of the build and go something more usual like NZXT Kraken, but I don't really know..

I didn't realize the swiftech was so hard to get a hold of.  I think the predator is a really good option, although it costs more than the swiftech.  If I had to get an AIO it'd be the predator since it's made with actual proven watercooling parts, is actually powerful enough to expand to a gpu and another rad, and replaceable hoses/fittings.  But you almost might as well make a custom loop at that price.

Just dont do what I did... which is be indecisive and waste money as you go along the upgrade path to what you really wanted all along.  in my case it was hyper 212 evo>Triton>NH-D14>custom loop.  190$ spent BEFORE i built my 400$ loop

P.S.  not saying to build a custom loop (not saying NOT to either)  just sharing what I consider my mistakes in pc building that cost me money.  (I re-read my post and thought it sounded preachy or something)
