Hey so i started college recently and the place where i am staying at WiFi is a disaster, so i am basically using a data plan from my carrier and using my phone as a hotspot. Is there a device i can buy that will take my sim and allow meto configure an APN profile for it to use with my sim and then let that be the hotspot instead of my phone?

 

If so can u recommend a good one?

Device alone? So far i dont think any company is selling the device alone. But Bolt has SIM cards so you can buy SIM cards in your country.

They do but they charge a HUGE fee for rental of the device plus they only have a 2 year contract i don't need it for that long nor am i willing to pay the $20USD rental fee every month for the device alone.
