GPU not encoding Adobe Premeire PRO

GPU isn't utilized for encoding/rendering out the video unless your video is using features that use GPU acceleration.

So I've Selected the GPU Mercury Playback OPENCL. It was working before now it is not working. I've done the GPUSniffer using CMD and detected my GPU.

That's Strange as it is on the approved GPU List

This is one of the quirks I wish Adobe would improve and make 100% use of GPU acceleration.  I have dual Titan X cards that are being underused at the moment.
