Webcam has display issues, logitech c920

When i use to take a picturein the logitech webcam software in photo mode the webcam display has a burn effect look to it, but the image file itself doesnt have it. Is it a webcam issue or software issue or something else. This only happens in the photo mode, video mode is fine.

I'd suggest that the software itself isn't playing well with your video card.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
