Something is changing my mouse dpi/sensitivity

I am on windows 10 and have a corsair m60 mouse. I have noticed that on some restarts of my pc my mouse dpi feels faster than normal (I use 400 dpi normally). I have checked the corsair application and it says its at the same dpi. I know for a fact that it is faster. Ive checked windows mouse sensitivity and it appears as normal. Thanks for the help!  :)
