need help error 0xc000000f

specs: mobo: msi z97i cpu: i5 4690k Ram: 16gb corsair vengence stock cooler, corsair RM 550

So this is the problem i keeo getting but idk how to fix it. that tutorial is different then my bios and its confusing. I have the windows 64 and 32 bit. I put them in and this pops up. i can access bios but im not sure what do do from there because bios are different. if someone is willing to help me out via Skype i will donate some money. This is a very general thing to say but I would run a few passes of something like memtest and make sure that you aren't getting any errors there.
