hmmm need advice

planning a new build, and i need help... So i plan on doing a fully custom WC loop, with two 980ti's in sli. however im currently tied between the Gigabyte 980 ti, because i can get a waterblock for it for around $125 USD, bring the GPU cost to $800-ish. my other option is the Galax HoF, with a close pricepoint WITHOUT their propiatary Waterblock, but 200 dollars more with the WB
