Get noctua nh-d15. That watercooler will perform poorly

1. cpu. Why the 4670k? get the 4690k that is haswell refresh(newer) and can achieve better overclocks.

2. cpu cooler. get noctua d14 in that price range, or nzxt kraken x61 if you can spend more.

3. ssd ,get the 850 evo 250,far better for its price

4. not the nex series. get gs/g2

5. the r9 390 is a better gpu for the same price.or the 390x
