cant boot usb win 7 install

so i transfered my pc froma a $20 thermaltake to a way better nzxt s340 case. so this is where the problem begins it has no fn 5.25 bays for a cd rom drive. when i booted the pc in windows 7 i cant find any wireless networks(allways wired dog chewed network cable and io want this wireless). yet the windows 10 insider preview sees all the wireless networks. so i want to reinstall windows 7 since disabling ap mode and killing the drivers and reinstalling didnt fix it.

 

 

so now i tried 2 different aspps to build a boot usb installer disk. i tried rufus and windows own utility rufus gives no errors in the 3 or 4 different ways i tried but windows tool gives cant make bootable error on 2 different size lexer usb stcks 32a nd 64

 

 

i tried different usb  2 and 3 ports and in uefi mode and non uefi mode. also rest the secure boot in bios

 

 

 

my portable usb dvd burner ramps up then down and freezes on boot from cd/dvd prompt with 2 different cables

 

 

wtf is my next step before i go ripping apart the case and disconecting  slapping in the old dvd drive backin hanging off the side

are you using a usb 2.0 port? Windows 7 does not install on usb 3.0..
