Hey there, I was hoping to tap into the infinite knoweldge of the LTT community.

So the other day, I was going through an old pic that I acquired and I found something interesting. Half of the memory slots were populated with PCB's that had no IC's on them.

The only reason I can think of having something like that is to just populate all the slots to keep dust out, or if you were paint a motherboard, it'd have the pins protected already.

Can anyone tell me A) what is this product called and B ) where may I find this product if it still exists today.
