Steam Key Activation

Hi guys, 

 

I just bought the EA humble bundle but I can't activate any of the keys on steam. Steam isn't down but for some reason it won't work. Tried 3 times now with different keys. Any ideas? I can update games perfectly well. The error message is that the steam servers are unavailable and that my computer cannot reach them.

Just wait the servers are still probably being slammed.

Are you sure you have tried the Steam Keys rather than the Origin keys?

On your Purchase-Page you'll find a tab, one has Origin, one has Steam keys.

Frost upon these cigarettes.... lipstick on the window pane...

The authentication servers are different to the update servers. The authentication servers are probably being over-run. It was like this in the first few days of the summer sale, just wait a couple of hours and all will be ok!  :D
