I need some help k. I have everything else I need for this build, I have a theoretical $700 budget, $300 of which I'd like to spend on a new GPU, and I could take out the HDD because I already have an SSD and a 1tb 5400rpm laptop HDD. So, would I be better off investing a better PSU instead of a GPU, and is there a significant difference in performance between the 7870 and the 380?
