Audio Whine?

I am using integrated realtek hd audio. I get this sound like a whine.

It only comes out my right channel. All my microphone inputs are on mute and not set to listen.

No its not. It's the jack on the back. Could it be cable interference?  I have a short cable I could try

are you using a mic?

also could adjust the gain so it doesnt pick up as easy, finally you could look at a insulated cable
