Need Help, Video card cannot be found ?

So i built my new System last night

6700k 
Msi Z170 Krait 
Gigabyte r9 390

8 gb Ram 
hard drives.

installed windows 8 Pro no issues.
I have the video card plugged is we speak

and teh video signal is going threw to my monitor.

installed the latest drivers from AMD and I couldn't open the control center 
better yet when i use GPUz this is what it tells me GpuzRIP


funny thing is. worked no problem yesterday in my old pc. 

I also installed the first batch of Windows Updates.

Going to update my bios now to see if that fixes the issue.

Any help would be nice!

Hmm, if your using the gpu as a display output then it IS working... try running a game and see how that goes (something high endish)

this is really weird... because it detects EVERYTHING else about your gpu, down to the hawaii architecture, any chance you have another game? CSGO shouldnt have crashed as long windows was working. (at least because of the gpu). also what power supply do you have

seasonic 860w, so i was just updating the bios using the driver utility which i have down before 100 times and the PC restarted out of nowhere and now it wont even start up, all that is happening is my cpu and ram light keeps getting the ok and thats it
