Sisters Gaming PC

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

Ok my Sister wants a PC and her budget is £500-£550. She needs a monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers and a wireless adapter.

It doesnt have to be in any fancy case as she is not bothered by that or she will just spray paint it. She also needs it to be M-ATX.

Her games will be just anything she gets into. I know she is waiting to play BF3 though as she always wants to play it on my PC.

One bad thing is that the monitor has to be pretty small. 18.5 inch or smaller... eww. Anyway so it better for to get a 1366x768, 1600x900, 1440x900 or 1280x1024? I know she wont need the most powerful rig to play at those resolutions but i know she wont be upgrading for a long time so the more "future proof" the better.

Ok thanks

Changed it a little

The price for the monitor is not there, sorry forgot to mention no windows needed and sorry for not mentioning that she can only have a small keyboard (Laptop style or TKL), already has a mouse and what would the performance be like on BF3/4?

It could probably run it on low in 1080P

How about this: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1rV9X

A beast graphics card and a solid FX cpu. Great for a budget without skimping on performance.

Should get great FPS at high settings on most games for a long time to come.

If you wanted to you could change the CPU to an FX 6300 and change the video card to a 7850/660.

FX 6300 - MSI 7870 Ghz - M5A97 R2.0 - Team Vulcan 8GB - WD Caviar Blue 1TB - Rosewill HIVE 550w - NZXT Source 210 (white) - Loud Fans

Peripherals - Logitech G105 - Cobra mouse - Acer G236HL - Logitech desktop mic - Logitech LS21 - Audio Technica ATH-M30

Laptop - Acer Aspire V3 - A84500m - 7670m - 15.6" screen (1366x768) - 3.5GB DDR3  - 500GB Scorpio Blue
