Spilled water in PC tower, like a dumbass.

Nice to see I'm not the only idiot who has done this...I did it a while back but my PC was off at the time, so I got that going for me. I immediately pulled off anything that had gotten water on it (CPU COOLER, GPU, PSU) and set it in a ventilated place with a fan on it. Left it there for ~a day and plugged it back in and everything was fine. Just dry it all for a LONG TIME and you should be good.

my buddy did this too.  he had a top vent and actually placed his drink on top of it. reached to grab it and knocked it over. an entire glass of water straight into the computer..  he fried his gpu (luckily i had a couple spares laying around)
