Mouse keeps jumping

This is something that has been going for a bit now, my wireless xenta mouse and keyboard combo  (all you need to know is the mouse). My laptops:

 

HP 550

 

Intel Core 2 duo

 

4 GB ram 

 

Windows Vista

 

Lenovo B50

 

Intel i3

 

4 GB ram

 

Windows 8.1 (planing to go to Windows 10)

 

Before you say use a mouse mat. I am using one so I don't know what is wrong.
