Yes, that keyboard is a Model M (1396790) - That specific keyboard in the photo has a Buckling Spring, detectable keycaps and cable, interface is PS/2 and It might have drainage channels. 

 

Go onto Wiki and look up "Model M" and search for the number "1396790" and it will tell you about it.

Even for the prices on ebay the model M is well worth it. That is a nice find if you can get it shipped.

I just picked up a model M from a local second hand store myself. Mine is part number 13H6705 from 1996 and works perfectly and is nearly flawless except for some wear on the mouse buttons and the "keyboad nipple" is missing the little red rubber thing. For the price I payed, I would have been happy with much worse condition. It's not like I was going to use the mouse functions anyway.

My only complaint is that it doesn't have a windows key. Also, it weighs more than my laptop...
