Computer randomly beeping

My PC i built over an year ago recently started beeping randomly (1 beep random beep at a random time, from every minute to every couple hours) after i installed windows 10 pro 64-bit. The beep is about a second long and comes from motherboards speaker. Windows has said couple times that i need to backup since my HDD is dying but every test in HD tune Pro said everything is okay.
