Windows 10 BCD

Hi,

 

I having problem with BCD, when I go to msconfig and I try save any boot configuration it popups error "volume does not contain a recognized file system". 

At the "start up setup" I cannot check anything (Safe mode does not work either) and no, I dont have virus/malware
